To improve our customer service, as required by the environmental certification ISO 14001, and to promote sustainable development, CAMPING LA QUERCIA has decided to follow on its own the operations of separate collection and delivery of waste, in order to reduce the amount of non-recyclable waste (DRY) and increase the collection of materials that can be reused.

Each housing unit is equipped with 4 containers placed outside for the collection of dry, glass, paper, plastic and a container inside for wet waste. Door to door collection is carried out at the accommodation units.

For the pitches are provided at check-in 4 bags to differentiate waste in addition to bags for wet waste to be emptied at the ecological islands, which are located at all groups of toilets are at the service of the guests of the pitches only.

Mini ecological islands (dry, glass, plastic, paper) are also located in the main points of aggregation of the campsite: swimming pools, restaurants, shopping area, playground, reception, beach.

The collection will be carried out with the campsite’s own vehicle and with its own staff who will also check the correctness of the sorting.
