Agenda 2030

Camping la Quercia, for years has given an ethical management and particularly attentive to the environment, on this day we would like to inform you of all the actions that go in the direction outlined by the Agenda 2030 and that witness the commitment of the campsite in this matter.

For some years now, we have been hearing a lot about sustainability or sustainable development. What does it mean?

Sustainability is: the condition whereby the present generation meets its needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

In September 2015, the governments of the 193 member countries of the UN signed the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which is an action program for people, planet and prosperity. It includes 17 Goals for Sustainable Development.

Consistent with the commitments signed in September 2015, Italy has declined the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development of the United Nations in the National Strategy for Sustainable Development (SNSvS), a coordination tool that assumes the 4 guiding principles of the Agenda: integration, universality, transformation and inclusion.

The Strategy is divided into five areas: People, Planet, Prosperity, Peace, Partnership.
